Draft Strategic Management Action Plan
The Draft Strategic Management Action Plan was presented to the National Coal Heritage Area (NCHA) Steering Committee on January 30, 2001 for review and comment. This document is a complete draft of all recommended objectives and action items which aim to fulfill the mission of the NCHA. The draft plan is comprised of eleven chapters, all of which are available for viewing here.
